The cancellation has to be done in writing, but not before the contract is concluded and also not before fulfillment of our duties to inform under § 355 BGB (German Civil Law) and our obligations under § 312 BGB (German Civil Law). In order to maintain the revocation deadline, the timely dispatch of the revocation (cancellation) is sufficient. This should be sent to the above address of Pacifica Seminars..

Consequences of Withdrawal

In the case of an effective cancellation, the mutually received benefits and any uses such as interest has to be returned. If you can not return the service received in whole or in part, or only in a deteriorated condition, you must pay us compensation.
